1. Introduction
Our goal is to make hot tub, or ice tub purchases simple and hassle-free. Please familiarize yourself with the terms and conditions outlined below so you can enjoy your purchase process worry-free.
2. Pre-Installation Return Policy on Hot Tubs and Accessories
If you are not completely satisfied with your hot tub or ice tub upon delivery and inspection or before delivery, we will take it back and refund your total purchase price minus the costs associated with delivery. Custom orders and swim spas are not refundable.
3. 30-Day Return Policy on Hot Tubs, Ice Tubs and Accessories.
If you are not satisfied with your hot tub, ice tub, or accessories within 30 days of your hot tub being delivered and installed, we will take it back and refund 80% of the purchase price minus any costs associated with delivery and pickup. The spa must be in the same condition it was delivered initially. Any abuse, modifications, or excessive wear and tear will be cause for refusal of the return or additional charges. Custom orders and swim spas are not refundable.
After the spa has been returned and inspected, the refund will be made to the account used for the original purchase.
